Huawei: Unleashing creativity, one brushstroke at a time
Huawei has transformed digital art, and has just celebrated hitting a remarkable milestone: having traded for ten years in 2023 with over 100 millions units shipped worldwide. That's an anniversary worth celebrating!
It's clear that Huawei’s tablets have captured hearts worldwide. From sleek designs to powerful performance, these devices have become essential companions for work, play, and creativity. Whether you’re sketching, streaming, or organizing your digital life, Huawei’s decade-long journey has left an indelible mark. Here’s to another decade of innovation and countless more tablets finding their way into eager hands!
This is only the beginning. 2023 also saw the introduction of the HUAWEI MatePad Pro 13.2’’. Featuring NearLink technology, enabling a record-breaking 10,000+ pressure-sensitivity for the HUAWEI M-Pencil (3rd generation). This stylus lets you create with pixel-level precision. Whether you’re sketching, shading, or writing, it responds to the slightest touch, capturing every nuance. Plus, its ultra-low latency and NearLink technology ensure a seamless experience. It’s the most advanced tool for unleashing your creativity like never before—whether you’re a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, the M-Pencil is your ultimate all-in-one brush.
The continuing prioritisation of Huawei’s innovative design hasn't stopped there: the PaperMatte Display, launched the same year, which mimics a paper-like texture on the tablet surface, coupled with the NearLink technology, means Huawei is continuing to cause a stir.
In the same year Huawei kicked off the electrifying GoPaint Worldwide Creating Activity, causing a veritable creative explosion. Following that, this year Huawei is doubling down on tablet-based digital art. They’re spreading GoPaint’s colourful wings to more countries and regions, inviting top-notch evaluators to critique your masterpieces, and fine-tuning the competition rules. So, grab your stylus, ignite your imagination, and let’s paint the world together!
The continuing and boundary-breaking technology such as PaperMatte Display, and NearLink will be highlighted this year, at the MWC24 in Barcelona. Huawei is holding live demonstrations with two GoPaint Illustrators, Turkey’s Robin Yayla and Mexico’s Mariana Pulido, who will share their stories and experiences with the Huawei MatePad.
To join in the fun head over to GoPaint and see if your region’s included, and get painting with Huawei!
