XVI. The fashion Olympics
It's been said that London 2012 will be the most stylish Olympic games ever. No surprise really when you consider major fashion designers, including Ralph Lauren, Stella McCartney, Prada, Hermes and Giorgio Armani, have all had input in various countries kits. In this blog post for the Telegraph, Stella style director Kate Finnigan examines why the Olympic arena is currently the hottest catwalk in town.
XVII. Olympic Coke can designs
Check out America's latest Coke can designs, created by brand identity and packaging design agency Turner Duckworth. The cans feature silhouettes of various US Olympic athletes, including diver David Boudia, gymnast Shawn Johnson and swimmer Jessica Long.
XVIII. Stella McCartney Team GB Olympic kit
Fashion designer Stella McCartney joined forces with German sportswear company Adidas to create the official Team GB Olympic kit. McCartney designed 590 different items of clothing for the range, each created to maximise the athletes' efficiency in their various disciplines. This video shows up what they came up with.

Here the BBC's children's current affairs programme Newsround gathers together 12 images featuring various Olympic torch designs incorporating a potted history of the well-travelled flame.
